Deposits

All services require a 20% deposit (min $50). Your deposit secures your scheduled appointment.


Rescheduling

We ask that you make arrangements to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. We understand things can come up between now and your appointed time. Our members have the benefit of rescheduling their own appointments via our secure, password protected online schedule. In the event of possible inclement weather, our team will communicate via a phone call the morning of the appointment to offer rescheduling availability.


Cancelations / Refunds

Your deposit is refundable up to 48 hours of cancellation of the scheduled appointment. All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Thank you ! No Show appointments forfeits your deposit and/or subject to a $50 fee to the credit card on file. All gift card sales are final. No gift card, or sales made with a gift card will be issued a refund as cash. Any sale that has the use of a gift card in any amount will be issued back onto a gift card, regardless of the amount of the sale. All service sales are final. No refunds.
